The condos at Palmer Landing are located on a Peninsula in the Stamford Harbor in Shippan just down from the Harbor House. The Palmer Landing condos all have either a marina or harbor view. This is a gated community with an on-site manager. The amenities include a pool and a charming club house. The residence pool which is located in the front of the entrance is shared by both Palmer Landing and it's neighbor Schooner Cove. This 78 unit waterfront complex is a boat lovers paradise, many owners have views of their boats. This harbor is protected by Stamford's only hurricane barrier. Stamford Landing Condominiums are located in Waterside near Dolphin Cove and on the West branch of the Stamford Harbor. This is a large complex with two very different offerings. There is a high rise with marina and harbor views which has underground secured parking and a townhouse community. This condo community has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom offerings ranging from 700 to 2000 sq feet, amenities include a resort like residents pool and hot tub. Many of the condos have features that include gas fireplaces, outdoor patios or decks, skylights and luxury baths with jacuzzi tubs. The Stamford Landing is within walking distance to the Crab Shell Restaurant, The Paradise Cafe and Restaurant, Southfield Park (a small waterfront park), the Stamford Landing Marina and boardwalk. The Avalon Harbor Luxury Rental community is a neighbor to the Stamford Landing and if you are a boat enthusiasts but not interested in maintenance and upkeep responsibilities, Windpath has a great timeshare boat program at the Stamford Marina. This small Shippan condo community consists of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. townhouses. Quayside is located across the Street from the Harbor House.
