I have lived in the Stamford/Greenwich area of Connecticut for over 17 years. I have great appreciation and knowledge of Lower Fairfield Connecticut, from our excellent recreational facilities and parks, to the live theater, our beautiful coastlines and beaches, to some of the finest shopping and dining outside of Manhattan. A waterfront enthusiast, I know much of our coastline intimately through boating, sailing and kayaking.

After a career in technology and marketing I entered into Real Estate. My previous business experience includes: working with accounts such as Mastercard, Virgin Atlantic as well as many start-up "dot.com" company's in the Fairfield County area. Prior to working in Real Estate, I also sat on the board of SiliconSound and taught several technology classes at Norwalk Community College. Passionate about the arts, I am a supporter of the SCA (Stamford Center of the Arts), and a member of the American Theater Wing.

Waterfront Properties From waterfront cottages on the Long Island Sound to large Estates... There are quite a few things to consider when buying a waterfront property. First off, know what you want from your property! If you are a keen sailor and want a property on the water, will you be allowed to construct a boat dock? Some water is too shallow; in certain areas a boat dock may not be allowed or limited to a size that will not accommodate that dream boat. What are the set back regulations? Have you thought about flood insurance? What is the condition of the sea wall? Considering buying a waterfront lot in Connecticut? Environmental concerns have worked to create a labyrinth of regulations and requirements for individuals seeking building permits? I will work with you, educate and provide you with all of the details which should be considered while buying or selling a waterfront property!
