Trump Parc Approved with Modifications

The Stamford Zoning Board approved the redesigned Trump Parc condominium tower November 13th . The Trump Parc Building will have a sleek contemporary design and house 170 condominium in a 350-foot glass tower. This is a collaborative venture with developers Thomas Rich or the F.D. Rich Co., Louis Cappelli of Cappelli Enterprises and Donald Trump.

The site for proposed Trump Parc condominium tower in Stamford is on a half acre parcel next to the Target department store on the corner of Broad and Washington Boulevard.

In order to meet building height requirements, the developers made changes in the building including having one level of underground parking and changing to a valet parking system.

One of the great aspects of the location is that it is within walking distance to the Stamford Metro North train station and a short walk to both UBS and the future headquarters of RBS. This is one of the best locations in Stamford for NYC commuters.

The building will have 170 units and there will be 6 duplex penthouses. This contemporary building will also offer shared amenities on the 7th floor including a swimming pool, health club, clubroom, library, billiards area and a screening room.
